Delete your account

Overview

You can delete your SiteOps account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Crew members: delete in the mobile app

  • Open the SiteOps Crews app and sign in.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your login and profile are permanently deleted and you are signed out on the spot.

Employers: delete from the web dashboard

  • Sign in at siteops.company.
  • Go to Billing.
  • Click Delete my account and confirm.

Because an employer account owns the company workspace, this deletes the entire company: all jobs, time entries, documents, and every crew member's login. It also cancels the subscription so billing stops immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your login and the personal data tied to it: your profile, and for employers the company's jobs, time entries, receipts, photos, messages, and documents. Some anonymized or legally required records may be retained where the law requires; location data is already purged on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to the app, email help@siteops.company from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request belongs to you and complete it within 30 days.
