What Jobber Actually Costs for a 10 Person Crew
October 7, 2026
Jobber Grow costs $199 a month. That is the number every review site publishes, and it is correct.
It also covers one user. A ten person crew on the same tier pays $399.
Here is the whole ladder, read off Jobber's own pricing page on 2026-09-22, and what a ten person crew actually pays across four tools.
The Jobber pricing ladder
Jobber sells Grow at four sizes. The price per person drops as the crew grows, which is worth seeing, because it means the smallest shops pay the most per head.
| Grow includes | Per month | Per person |
|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $199 | $199.00 |
| 5 users | $299 | $59.80 |
| 10 users | $399 | $39.90 |
| 15 users | $499 | $33.27 |
One user is $199. Ten users is $399. The tier most reviews quote is the first row, and the crew most contractors have is the third.
The promo price that gets quoted
Every one of those cards also shows a second, lower number. Grow reads $199/mo and beside it $140/mo for 3 months, then $199/mo.
That is a promotional rate, not a price. It applies for three months and then the real number starts. Several pricing roundups quote it as the monthly cost, and the same pages often pair it with the one-user tier, which produces a figure that is wrong twice.
Read the monthly figure. It is the one that shows up on the card after the promotion ends.
What a ten person crew pays
| Tool | Per month, 10 people | Read from |
|---|---|---|
| SiteOps Bronze | $79 | our own pricing, 10 employees included |
| Knowify Advanced | $329 | knowify.com/pricing |
| Housecall Pro MAX | $369 | housecallpro.com/pricing |
| Jobber Grow | $399 | getjobber.com/pricing |
Two of those need a note.
Housecall Pro's $369 is arithmetic, not a listed price. Their MAX tier is $299 and includes eight users, and additional users are $35 each, so ten people is $299 plus two seats at $35.
Knowify's $329 is the Advanced tier, because job costing sits there. Their Core tier is $99 and does not include it. That is covered in our comparison page.
Per person, per month
| Per person, per month | |
|---|---|
| SiteOps Bronze | $7.90 |
| Knowify Advanced, 10 users | $32.90 |
| Housecall Pro, 10 people | $36.90 |
| Jobber Grow, 10 users | $39.90 |
Jobber and Housecall Pro both price by seat, so the number climbs with the crew. That is not a criticism, it is a model, and it is how most field service software is sold. It is worth knowing which model you are buying before you compare a per-seat price against a flat one.
What SiteOps does not do
Jobber is a bigger company with more integrations and a real app footprint, and if dispatch, routing and a customer portal are the center of your business, it is built for that and we are not. This page is not an argument that Jobber is bad software. It is an argument that the number in most reviews is not the number a ten person crew pays.
SiteOps does not do takeoffs, production rates, or estimating math. You write the estimate. What it does is hold the estimate, send it for signature, and put the real hours and receipts against it while the job is running, which is the part most tools leave until the job is over.
And we are smaller and newer. Worth saying plainly rather than leaving for you to find out.
How to check any of this
Every price on this page came off the vendor's own pricing page on 2026-09-22, and the links are in the table. Open them and check, because software pricing moves and a comparison written in September is still being read in March.
And run one of your own jobs through whichever tool you are considering before you commit to a year of it. The monthly price is a small number next to the cost of discovering in month three that it does not do the one thing you needed.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Jobber cost for 10 users? Jobber Grow is $399 a month for ten users, on monthly billing. The $199 figure most reviews quote is the one-user tier. Jobber sells Grow at $199 for one user, $299 for five, $399 for ten and $499 for fifteen.
Why is the Jobber price different depending on who you ask? Because Jobber publishes a promotional rate next to each monthly price. Grow shows $199 a month and also shows $140 a month for three months, then $199. Review sites quote whichever number they read first, and several quote the one-user tier as though it covered a crew.
How much does Housecall Pro cost for 10 people? Housecall Pro MAX is $299 a month and includes eight users. Additional users are $35 each, so ten people is $369 a month. Their Basic tier is $59 for one user and Essentials is $149 for five.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Jobber for a small crew? That depends what you need. If you need dispatch, routing and a customer portal, Jobber is built for that and competes on breadth. If what you need is job costing and crew time, SiteOps prices by crew size, not per seat, so a 10-man crew is $79 a month. That is $7.90 a person against $39.90 on Jobber's ten user tier.
Do these tools charge per user or per company? Jobber and Housecall Pro both price by seat, so the cost climbs with the crew. Knowify includes ten users on its Advanced tier. SiteOps prices by crew size, not per seat, and a 10-man crew is $79 a month.
