Before you book

  • You will need a phone or a computer. We share a screen and walk through your job together, so a phone on the tailgate works fine and a laptop is easier. Nothing to install and no app to download.
  • Have one real job in mind. Any job you have already bid is ideal, because you already know what it should have made.
  • Weekends only, on purpose. Monday to Friday you are on a job site. So are we.
Pick a time

Saturdays and Sundays only. Once a slot is taken it disappears, so nobody double-books.

What happens in the thirty minutes

    Square footage, what you charged, who was on it, what the material ran.

    We put it in, live.

    Crew hours with GPS, the material tickets, the change order you ate.

    You look at the margin.

    The number you would only have known weeks later, while the job is still open.
